Dyptech illustrations created for my comic series, Rainy Day Dreams (chapter 18, pages 34 and 35. These illustrations were meant to show the duality of alchemical success. On one side, there is the elation of achievement and enlightenment. On the other, the unexpected price and sometimes harsh realities that come from reaching a dream. As such, I pulled inspiration from alchemical treatise illustrations when designing the compositions.

These illustrations are a combination of traditional line art and digital coloring.
